The Rates quoted on packages are subject to a minimum number of passengers travelling together. Please contact us for more information.

The Rates quoted on packages are based on a travel date for which the enquiry was received from the clients. Please contact us for more information.

The Rates quoted will be based on the Rate of exchange shown on the day of quotation prepared and same is communicated to clients. Any fluctuation in ROE will have impact on the rates.

The Rates quoted are as per online Airfares, India Government Taxes and other relevant cost / taxes applicable in the country where the Hotels / Airlines / Cruises / Travel / Sightseeing Service Providers are located. Any changes in rates and taxes will have an impact on prices quoted by us. Please contact us for more information.

Availability of Hotels / Airlines / Cruises / Travel / Sightseeing Service Providers are subject to changes without prior notice for reasons beyond our control

When a travel itinerary and rates are passed to clients, it is just a quotation and no services have been confirmed until we receive an advance amount from the client for the blocking services and a written consent for making the final booking.

Confirmation of service is subject to availability at the time of booking

Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective authorities and HXP HOLIDAYS shall not be liable for any losses due to non-issuance of the visa
PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL BOOKINGS / TOURS / SIGHTSEEING BOOKINGS
Advance required for blocking the services : 50 % of the total cost
Final payment required at least 10 Days prior departure : 50 % of the total cost
PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR RAIL / AIR / BUS TICKETS / VISA SERVICES
Advance required for blocking the services : Advance 75 % of the total cost
Final Balance payment required at least 10 Days prior departure : Balance 25 % of the total cost
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation done before 90 days : 0% of total cost
Cancellation done between 90 – 45 days of departure : 50% of total cost
Cancellation done between 45 – 07 days of departure : 80% of total cost
Cancellation done between 07 – 00 days of departure : 100% of total cost
(This Policy Can Change Based on Services used from Third Party Service Providers & Their Cancellation Policy)

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

HXP HOLIDAYS is only a sales agent for the Airline, Cruises, Hotel, Transportation and the ground service providers and do not own / employee any of the staff members of the Airlines, Cruises, Hotel, Transport service provider etc.

HXP HOLIDAYS shall not be liable for any damage / loss of property and or lapses in services or any omissions on part of any such firm/company/ organization and or their direct / indirect employees.

Any additional services, additional charges arising out of amendment of services, extra excursions etc will be charged to you and the same have to be settled vide Credit Card / Cash directly.

All the clients who books thorough us shall abide by the rules and regulations put forth by the respective airline, hotel, transport provider, the respective country and concerned authorities and the respective participant shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising out of violation of any such law, rules and regulations.

All the confirmations and services are subject to availability at the time of booking and payment as per schedule mentioned above.

HXP HOLIDAYS reserves the right to alter / change the itinerary without prior notice.

HXP HOLIDAYS will make all efforts to re-negotiate and bring the rates quoted further down, however no guarantee is given on the same.
BOOKING
Your contract is with HXP HOLIDAYS. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour / hotel booking / or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request in writing and cash deposits in HXP HOLIDAYS’s Bank Account. All correspondence/s in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s. HXP HOLIDAYS
PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made by Credit / Debit Cards through our secured online payment gateway system, Bank Approved QR Code Scanning Payment Systems, Bank Transfer, or by Cheques.

All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.

Transaction Charges by Bank, Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
RIGHTS TO AMEND ITINERARY
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges are mentioned above. Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable

On high peak season bookings (Special seasons like Diwali X’ Mas / New Year & such period. NO refund will be provided irrespective of the period. In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, Air Fares and chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

REFUND
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

Our Liabilities & Limitations:
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India or the Government in the Country where the Hotel or Tour is booked, the same would be charged as extra.

HXP HOLIDAYS act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well-being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

Passports & Visas
To travel from India to overseas countries, one needs a 06 months’ valid passport and a valid Visa.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend and suggest to take Travel Insurance. This is a must for all travellers we insist

Health
Any person who has a contagious disease is forbidden to travel, any person found during the tour with such a disease will be asked to leave the tour and will have to make their own arrangements to return home.

For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night

Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability and may cause extra costs
We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.
CHANGES TO ABOVE PAYMENT TERMS + BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend ABOVE PAYMENT TERMS + BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS from time to time to reflect changes in the law or others terms and conditions of third party service providers. Please check this page periodically for changes & updates.
