PAYMENT METHODES + TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Payment can be made by Credit / Debit Cards through our secured online payment gateway system, Bank Approved QR Code Scanning Payment Systems, Bank Transfer, or by Cheques.

  • All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.

  • Transaction Charges by Bank, Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

Payment Card/Bank Information.

To use certain of our Services, such as Hotels / Airlines / Travel / Sightseeing Service reservations and to make payments to us, we may require credit, debit card account, net banking or other payment information. By submitting your, debit card account, net banking or other payment information through our Services, you expressly consent to the sharing of your information with payment gateway facilitating bank, third-party payment processors, and other third-party service providers (including but not limited to vendors who provide fraud detection services to us and other third parties), and you further agree to the following terms:

  • When you use a credit/debit card account, net banking or other payment option to make a payment through our Sites, we provide your account information (including card number and expiration date) to our third-party payment service providers and the applicable payment gateway facilitating banks.

  • When you initially provide your credit/debit card account, net banking or other payment account information through our website, we may provide account information to our third-party payment service providers. As explained in our Terms of Use, these third parties may store your account information so you can use the payment services in the future. Please contact the respective party directly if you want to learn about its privacy practices or in case of any complaints.

  • Currently applicable GST 5% will be extra on Final Invoice | Please Re - Check with our team if it is Included or Excluded in the price. 

  • You have to provide credit card / debit card / bank details on the payment link page, which is secure and provided by our Bank itself.

  • To make the payment using payment link, there will be bank charges 2.5% applicable extra on the payable amount.

 

PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL BOOKINGS / TOURS / SIGHTSEEING BOOKINGS

  Advance required for blocking the services :   Advance 50 % of the total cost

  Final Balance payment required at least 10 Days prior departure :   Balance 50 % of the total cost

 

PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR RAIL / AIR / BUS TICKETS / VISA SERVICES

  Advance required for blocking the services :   Advance 75 % of the total cost

  Final Balance payment required at least 10 Days prior departure :   Balance 25 % of the total cost

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  Cancellation done before 90 days :    0% of total cost

  Cancellation done between 90 – 45 days of departure :    50% of total cost

  Cancellation done between 45 – 07 days of departure :   80% of total cost

  Cancellation done between 07 – 00 days of departure :   100% of total cost

(This Policy Can Change Based on Services used from Third Party Service Providers & Their Cancellation Policy)

We reserve the right to amend ABOVE PAYMENT METHODES + TERMS & CONDITIONS from time to time to reflect changes in the law or others terms and conditions of third party service providers. Please check this page periodically for changes & updates.
