 Cordelia's Empress of the Seas Now in India.  Cordelia cruises is entering the Indian waters with the shipping liner Empress of the Seas first, which belonged to the global giant Royal Caribbean International until recently. With an individual capacity of 1,840 passengers, she has sailed many coastlines and high seas in her glorious past. Cordelia cruises have acquired the 48,600-gt, 11 Floor Empress of the Seas from the Royal Caribbean Group flagship brand.
